What We’re Implementing:

In April, we’re taking our commitment to your business continuity even further. Our new objectives for recovery capabilities will deliver two crucial improvements:

24-hour Recovery Time Objective (RTO). RTO is the maximum acceptable time to restore systems after an unplanned disruption.

1-hour Recovery Point Objective (RPO). RPO is the maximum amount of data loss (measured in time) between the last backup and a disruption event.
